  • $5000 per person, double-occupancy

  • Deposit to secure your reservation - $1000

  • Half of balance due 1st week of January

  • Half of balance due 1st week of March

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Please note that our trips are limited to a small number of guests, so our cancellation policy is in place to help us work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations

  2. Unexpected events such as medical problems occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance in order that your trip expenses will be covered both before and while on the trip

  3. Deposits are transferable but not refundable

  4. For cancellations submitted after due dates, 50% will be refunded, less deposit

  5. Within 30 days of departure, no refunds given

  6. We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case ‘all’ funds will be refunded. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 2 months prior to trip start date
